Customer Review: I used to have Poulan Pro 16" chain saw. It worked great for the time I owned it (2 years probably)until someone stole it.
After Thanksgiving, I bought a brand new 16 " chain saw, Poulan Pro,same model, MADE IN CHINA, at Northern Tools. However, this is a redesigned one with new style: the... more info
Customer Review: 2 friends recommended this brand so i gave it a shot. I've waited over a year to give it a review so that i could be as accurate as possible. Out of the box it was hard to start, pullrope kept hanging up (out) and i had to either smack it on something or take it apart to get it to go back in.

Customer Review: Poulan saws are cheap, and the quality reflects that. http://racesaws.com/index.php?referrerid=1839 The chain oil pump gear is nylon, and prone to stripping. Parts are inexpensive, and available - but do you have time and knowledge to repair things like oil pumps and anti vibe... more info
Customer Review: I bought 1 of these and it ran great for about 30 minutes. After that I could not keep it running to cut wood. The closest service person was 75 miles away. The saw I bought was junk and unreturnable and unexchangable. I will not waste money on anything that is sold from this site ever again. It is... more info
Customer Review: THE CHAIN SAW ARRIVED AS EXPECTED. THE ONLY THING WRONG WAS THAT IT DID NOT HAVE A TOOL TO INSTAL THE BAR AND CHAIN. A TOOL SUCH AS THAT SHOULD COME AUTOMATICALY WITH PRODUCT. OTHER WISE IT DID START AND RUN VERY WELL. NO COMPLAINTS.
Customer Review: I bought one of these chainsaws from Amazon but was unable to get product information. I tried to find the manufacturer but Amazon referred me to the distributor for whom the saw was manufactured in China. Amazon told me the distributor was the manufacturer but they were wrong. The distributor could... more info
Customer Review: Like other reviewers I can attest that the saw seems to have issues starting and especially keeping it running. It never starts on the first pull for me like my Echo or Husqy. In fact my Poulan Pro 20 starts on the first pull but not this one. It usually takes me 4 to 5 pulls and the same number of... more info
Customer Review: I've owned mine for about 6 years now and it's still running strong. It's not without issues, but most are easy enough to overcome. The sprocket cover is plastic, do not overtighten the chain tension lock bolts or you will crack the cover and have to replace the cover.
The original chain... more info
Customer Review: No mechanical problems encountered. The chain that came with this item is not of high grade metal. Chain stretches more than normal during use and dulls very quickly. Overall a good deal!
