This rechargable battery works fine, but!!!
I purchased the replacement battery for my electric screwdriver after I tried to charge a defective original battery (it burned out the charger,too). The new charger and battery work fine, but you should be aware that a longer than three hour charge time probably isn't a good thing, and it's a good thing to check the battery with a voltage meter after putting on the charger for a minute. Trash...do not purchase
I tried not to believe other reviews but ended up wasting my money. Bite the bullet, throw out the tools that use this battery and update your workshop. Trying to continue using this battery system is useless and dangerous.
Battery Charged Up And Working
It holds a full charge so we are good to go. We'll see how long it lasts.
